The reason for developing this board was to be paired with my 100W Flyback converter, since the amplifier required a positive and negative voltge reference the Flyback topology could be used to easil generate the required voltages.

The audio IC used was the TPA3116D2 which is a class D amplifier capable of 100W outut power. The PCB itself is not particularly complex, but it does require careful attention to the layout to consider power and thermals. Testing was performed using a couple of 12V lead acid batteries as the power source so I could get +12 V and -12 V. The amplifier worked well, and was able to play music usingthe AUX cord to my phone.
